Food 2/2 -  0 calories i'm fasting for a couple of days fruit smoothies / water and tea
Water 2/2 -  water only fast today
Exercise 2/2 - 2 hours wii fit burned 336 calories and then i walked on the spot for 2 hours so 4 hours all togehter

Challenge 1/2 long story short i had a new bath so i could only have a 10 minuter bath but i did use a hair mask : )

i hope the scales lower tomorrow it was some like 130 today i only quickly look this morning : /

just going to give my self a 0 for everything
epic fail of a day
tomorrow i'm only drinking green tea / tea and every picec of food i have i'm burning off !

the next week

from tomorrow onwards my 'diet' is going to consite of tea tea and yep more tea
and the odd snack now and again when i need it probuly fruit or soup
i will not have a 'full' meal untill i'm 112 on the scales and 8 stone 2 on the wii ! 
I WILL BE 100 POUNDS FOR SUMMER !
I NEED A JOB TO KEEP ME BUSY

i'm soo tired i've been up since quater to 5 this morning
i need my sleep lol
anyways heres my food for tomorrow
2 yogurts 88 calories
1 bowl of cereal 130 calories
2 teas 0 calories
1 bananan 100 calories ? not sure yet
6 oranges 122 calories 22 calories each
 i think thats all
and i think i might treat myself to a can of coke, diet of couse i'm not sure yet
but i'm babysitting so lotes of playing picking up toys running around
plus walk with my mam in the morning : )
then ether homework in the night or excrise ? umm which one lol
i might do half an hour work half an hour excrise
anyway night girless
my eyes are dropping : /

5 am 8 am : get ready etc
9 am : college
12 . 15 : dinner 2 oranges 44 calories 1 tuna sandwhich 200 calories = 244 calories
12.30 till 1.35 : food shopping
1.45 till 4.15 college
 4.35 till 5.45 : gym burn at least 300 calories
 6.00 blackbuster get some dvds
 6.30 : get home tidy bedroom.
 7.00 : go on wii fit for 30 mins - 1 hour 
 8.00 take make up off have a bath
 8.45 moistures get ready for bed
 9.10 updata jounrel : )
 9.30 watch film and do tonning excrises
10.30 bed
hopefully everything goes ok and to plan : )
